Sales Representative

Real Magnet seeks a successful, motivated sales representative to sell its suite of innovative online email and event management products. The candidate should have experience selling web-based software services, ideally in the online events and/or online marketing sector. Other requirements include:

• Minimum three years of direct sales experience focusing primarily on new client acquisition
• Excellent communication and product demonstration skills
• Independent, results-oriented approach
• Experience selling online registration, audio and web conferencing solutions, or other communications/marketing applications is a big plus
• Positive outlook, solid individual contributor and good team playerMinimum 3-4 years experience with HTML

The market for Real Magnet’s services (broadcast email service and online event management) is expected to double in the next five years. And with more than 900 clients and highly skilled sales and development teams, the company is well-positioned to benefit from this increase and grow significantly.

Real Magnet is located just five blocks from the Metro in Bethesda, MD, and offers a hard-working, informal environment with significant growth opportunities.

Compensation includes a base salary ($40-60k, based on experience), monthly commissions and quarterly bonus with first-year total compensation between $80-110k. Benefits include health care, 401(k) and paid vacation.
