A key feature of MagnetMail is its fast, reliable faxing service. From the MagnetMail platform, users can broadcast either a stand-alone fax, or an “integrated” e-mail and fax message, which delivers either an e-mail or a fax based on the your preference.

Another big advantage of MagnetMail’s integrated fax services is its ability to send back up messages to recipients whose original message fails. For example, if a customer prefers to receive an e-mail but the e-mail bounces, MagnetMail will send a back up fax. Conversely, if the customer refers to receive a fax but the fax fails, MagnetMail will send an e-mail version.

Like all MagnetMail tracking, fax clients are provided with data both at the aggregate and individual levels. This tracking can be accessed on a 24/7 basis.
