Realtime Tracking

A key benefit of MagnetMail is its powerful tracking and reporting capabilities.

Users receive comprehensive, Real Time tracking data for every message broadcast from MagnetMail. The data is compiled and displayed at both the aggregate and individual levels.

"Overview" tracking provides users with aggregated totals on key e-mail metrics, such as:

• Messages sent
• Messages delivered
• Messages opened
• Messages bounced
• Click-throughs
• Unsubscribes

MagnetMail also provides data on these metrics at the individual level. So, not only do you know how many recipients opened an e-mail or clicked-on a link…you also know WHO those users are.

And whenever a list is generated of any segmented group (e.g. those who clicked on a specific link, those recipients at company ABC that opened an e-mail) it can easily be organized into a new group within MagnetMail or exported into an Excel spreadsheet.

MagnetMail also maintains historical records on individual recipients. These reports contain data on the actions a specific individual has taken with respect to every MagnetMail message (e-mail, e-survey, and/or fax) sent to him or her. The system’s advanced search capabilities allow you to search and query on this data as well.
