Creating Surveys and Forms

The process of creating online surveys and forms is easy. Similar to the creation process for email messages, MagnetMail uses a simple editor and branded templates to create surveys and forms. Individual questions and form fields are created via a question/form creation page, where users have the option of selecting from a variety of question types:

With a simple mouse-click, the survey tool can be used to create professional-looking forms. This is an ideal tool for undertaking campaigns to update the contact information for your customers and/or members.

Additionally, with MagnetMail’s Profile Update feature, individual recipient data from the MagnetMail database can be populated into the form. Once the form is transmitted, MagnetMail captures any changes recipients make to the data. Managers have the option of having the updated information populate the MagnetMail database immediately or after review.
