MagnetMail offers a variety of features that assist enterprise clients (i.e.
clients with multiple accounts and/or multiple users) in exerting greater
control and management of the account-wide activities. Real Magnet consults
with clients
to help them implement a configuration that is best suited for their particular
requirements.
MagnetMail’s enterprise capabilities include:
- Permissions - Managers can grant or deny sub-users access to any or all of MagnetMail’s components.
For example, User A can upload a list, but not send; User B can access tracking,
but not create content, etc.
- Establishing Parent-Child Relationships - Managers can access sub-accounts
with a single username and password.
- Approved Sender - Managers have the ability to review and approve messages
before they are broadcast to recipients. This control can be exerted over all
sub-users
or specific ones.
