MagnetMail’s event-triggered messaging capabilities automate key aspects of an email marketing campaign. The technology allows users to set and schedule a follow-up action based on an action or inaction individual recipients take with respect to a message. So for example, a simple campaign could send a unique message to all recipients who clicked a specific link. A separate message could be sent to all recipients who opened the message, but DID NOT click on the link.
