Advanced Bounce Management Features
Image of MagnetMail's Bounce Details Page. Users may click on the red button to access individual recipient data. MagnetMail manages all bounce data and makes it easy for clients to act on. Detailed bounce data is provided for each message. Bounces are organized into six different “types” and recommendations are provided for dealing with each one. Bounces automatically are re-sent in the middle of the night, but clients also have the flexibility to resend them manually. Clients are also able to suppress bad email addresses automatically. Enterprise Features for Clients with Multiple UsersMagnetMail offers a wide variety of enterprise features to help managers maintain control and organization over multi-user accounts. Powerful Search and Querying CapabilitiesMagnetMail provides users with powerful search and querying capabilities. Search parameters include recipient contact information, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, survey responses, bounce types, custom fields and more. Once a list is generated, it can be exported or populated into a new list within MagnetMail. Custom Field CreationMagnetMail’s contact management database includes 12 standard fields and up to 40 customizable fields. Custom text and date fields can be created by users on the fly. |
