Easy Process for Transferring Lists

Clients can transfer lists into MagnetMail using a spreadsheet and a quick, four-step upload wizard. Association clients can leverage MagnetMail’s integration with two of the leading Association Management Systems, iMIS and Avectra. Clients also may employ our API to seamlessly transfer lists from their management database into MagnetMail.

Flexible Unsubscribe Options

Clients have two options for treating recipients who unsubscribe:

  • Recipients can unsubscribe from the list from which they received the message only, or
  • Recipients can be unsubscribed from ALL lists if they unsubscribe from one list.

MagnetMail manages all bounce data and makes it easy for clients to act on. Detailed bounce data is provided for each message. Bounces are organized into six different “types” and recommendations are provided for dealing with each one. Bounces automatically are re-sent in the middle of the night, but clients also have the flexibility to resend them manually. Clients are also able to suppress bad email addresses automatically.

Powerful Search and Querying Capabilities

MagnetMail provides users with powerful search and querying capabilities. Search parameters include recipient contact information, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, survey responses, bounce types, custom fields and more. Once a list is generated, it can be exported or populated into a new list within MagnetMail.

Custom Field Creation

MagnetMail’s contact management database includes 12 standard fields and up to 40 customizable fields. Custom text and date fields can be created by users on the fly.
