MagnetMail allows you to either embed a link to the survey in a message, or embed the actual survey or form. And like all other MagnetMail modules, all response data is captured and displayed in charts and graphs. Survey integrated into an HTML email Clients are using the survey and form tool for customer satisfaction/sentiment surveys, membership and subscription renewal campaigns, forced free trails, contact information updated campaigns, order confirmations, and more! Once recipients submit, MagnetMail captures the data and records the responses on each recipient's record. All of this data—in conjunction with other contact and usage data (e.g. opens, click-throughs)l—is searchable and can be used to create highly targeted lists.
