Real Magnet’s Message Tracking features are a client favorite. A clean and intuitive graphical interface provides immediate insight into a message’s performance, with all the key metrics (delivery, open rate, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes) represented both numerically and graphically.

Click on the chart icons next to each key metric for a deeper analysis. For example, opens and clicks are shown by time of day, and bounces are broken out into “User Not Found,” “Mailbox Full,” “Bad Domain” and other categories. With one click you can go beyond the data into real intelligence, by seeing a list of the actual subscribers who clicked on a link, opened a message, who unsubscribed and much more.

Mobile, Technical, GeoLocation and Doman Level Metrics

Also on the Message Tracking screen are charts detailing which email clients’ subscribers are using, how many are reading or clicking on mobile devices, and what part of the country or world they are in at the time. Domain Level Metrics show deliverability rates by domain, allowing senders to quickly identify any deliverability issues at key clients or partners.

ClickView Tracking previews your message the way it appeared in subscribers’ inboxes, and annotates each link in the message with the number of clicks it received.
