Social reports are divided into to two basic categories: Channel Reports and Comparative Reports.

Channel Reports

Trends Broken Down by Channel

Channel Reports provide analytics on a specific channel – Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn and include reports such as:

  • Trend Report – Graph of all tweets or Facebook posts deployed in a user-defined time period.
  • Engagement Metrics – For Twitter, displays all tweets in a user-defined time period along with details on Retweets, Mentions, and Clicks. For Facebook, it displays all posts in a given time period along with details on Comments, Likes, and Clicks.
  • Insights (Facebook only) – Provides an overview of the demographic data of your Facebook fans.
  • Calendar View – Displays schedule of deployed tweets or Facebooks posts in a calendar format.
  • Daily Follower/Fan Count – Shows the number of followers (Twitter) or Fans (Facebook) over a user-defined time period.
  • GeoLocation Data – Tracks the physical location of fans or followers who clicked a link in your social post.
  • Computer vs. Mobile Usage – Displays distribution of fans and followers who clicked a link in your social post via PC vs. mobile device.

Comparative Reports

Social Magnet - Comparative Tracking

Comparative Reports yield analytics that compares the effectiveness of the various social channels plus email, and includes reports such as:

  • Trends Report – Compares the number of posts and clicks for Tweets, Facebook Posts, and Real Magnet emails over a user-defined time or campaign.
  • Overall Statistics – Compares the performance of Twitter vs. Facebook vs. email over a user-defined time period or campaign.
  • Calendar View – Displays schedule of deployed Tweets, Facebooks posts, and emails in a calendar format.
  • Comparative Channel Growth – Compares the growth of Twitter followers vs. Facebook fans over a user-defined time period.
  • Computer vs. Mobile Usage – Compares the means (i.e. PCs or mobile devices) by which Twitter followers and Facebook fans clicked a message .
  • Overall Facebook Metrics – Displays Posts, Comments, Likes, and clicks for all Facebook posts over a user-defined time period or campaign.
  • Geo-Location Metrics
