Just like e-mail tracking, data is compiled and displayed at both the aggregate and individual levels. So not only do you know how many respondents answered “Yes” to a specific question, you also know WHO those respondents are.

The survey and form tool also contains powerful filtering capabilities that enable users to analyze the data from a variety of perspectives. With these filters, users can generate:

Cross Tab analysis
Reports based on a “Single Question Answers” (e.g. produce a list of only those who answered “Yes” to question #2)
Reports based on a range of dates, and
Advanced queries based on survey responses AND/OR any data in the MagnetMail database, such as company, custom fields, and actions taken with respect to a MagnetMail message.

It’s easy to generate and export lists based on these filtered segments. Additionally reports can be printed in a Word document and/or exported to an Excel spreadsheet or SPSS.
